Ramdev slams MNCs for HUL’s controversial tea ad
Patanjali Ayurved originator Baba Ramdev has pummeled global enterprises after a notice from FMCG real Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) purportedly scorned Indian culture.
Hitting out at the organization on Twitter on Friday, the yoga master turned-business visionary additionally required a blacklist of HUL items.
“What is the commitment of MNCs to India’s monetary and social improvement?” Ramdev inquired.
“What is the stature (aukaat) of these MNCs to make offensive remarks on India’s magnificent social legacy? Is India, for them, simply a market to be pillaged?” he said in a tweet in Hindi which had the #BoycottHindustanUnilever #BoycottHULproducts labels.
The HUL commercial for the “Red Label” brand portrayed a man deserting his dad at the Kumbh Mela. However, the man understood his oversight subsequent to seeing a dad thinking about his young child and came back to meet his dad who was holding up with some tea.
